Q: How many E7 automatic guns can one reciprocator carry? Gun count is configured based on workpiece height and chain speed — typically 2–6 guns per reciprocator. Send us your workpiece dimensions and chain speed, and we will provide a gun layout plan.
Q: If one automatic gun fails, does the whole line stop? A single-gun failure can be covered by switching to manual touch-up spraying. For high output or complex workpieces, we recommend CNC models (V12/T30 series) with interlock control and backup control unit options.
