Automatic coating lines whose workpieces are mainly flat panels and profiles, with occasional metallic powders or recoated parts; line retrofits with limited budgets that still need to cover difficult workpieces.
Q: For an automatic line, should I choose the 960 or a CNC model? If your workpieces are uniform and parameters rarely change, the 960 is sufficient. For markets with many product variants and frequent changeovers, we recommend the V12/T30 automatic models — interlock control saves labor.
Q: Can I start with the 960 and upgrade later? Yes. Infrastructure such as the powder booth and reciprocators can be retained; only the guns and control section need upgrading later.
