Key Features

  • Aimed at the three coating challenges: Compared with the E7, the 960 has optimized voltage and electrostatic output for the three common difficult workpiece types: metallic powders, recoated parts, and grooved parts.
  • Continuously adjustable 0-90kV: Higher output ceiling gives more stable charging on groove dead corners and second-pass spraying.
  • Regulator valve operation: Same pressure-regulator structure as the E7 — operators switching from the E7 have zero learning curve.
  • Rugged and durable: Mature structure with universal parts; repairs and consumable replacement are simple.

FAQ

Q: How do I choose between the 960 and the E7? For flat panels with undemanding coating requirements, the E7 is enough. If your workpieces include metallic powders, grooved parts, or need recoating, go straight to the 960 and be done in one step.

Q: Can the 960 store process parameters? No. The 960 is a regulator-valve model without program storage. For “one-touch parameters per workpiece”, see the V12 and T30 series CNC models.
