Q: Can the E7 handle grooved parts or recoating? The E7 is positioned as an entry-level gun. For difficult workpieces such as metallic powders, recoated parts, or parts with deep grooves, we recommend stepping up to a 0-100kV CNC model (such as V12 or T30-L) for better edge coverage and second-pass performance.
Q: If I add an automatic line later, can I keep the E7 control unit? Yes. The E7 manual and automatic guns share the same control unit, so upgrading to an automatic setup only requires adding automatic guns and the control section — reducing duplicate investment.
Q: Can I send samples for test spraying? Yes. Provide workpiece samples and the powder type you use, and we will test-spray on the actual machine and report transfer efficiency data plus configuration recommendations.
